I just placed my order, when will my items ship?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from the date you placed the order. Business days means a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in WA, Australia.

Please be aware, we also close for periods of time during the year and we will advise accordingly by posting relevant dates on our website regarding when your order will be processed.

What if I have entered an incorrect address?

This is the responsibility of the customer, we hope you triple check these important details before checkout. Please contact us to arrange the second shipment, this will however be at the customers cost. A separate shipping invoice will be sent accordingly. 

I received the wrong product! 

We are so sorry! Please submit a request via our contact page or email bagwithenvy@gmail.com within 10 working days of receipt of your order and we will rectify. 

Please let us know the issue you are having and include a picture or video if possible. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.

I received a faulty product! 

Our bags are designed to be used for a long time. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase date, we will repair your bag at no cost. We do require customers to pay the postage back to return to us for assessment. 

How long does it take to receive my order from when it has been shipped?

We unfortunately cannot guarantee a delivery date, however, we love managing expectations as best we can. So, we ship with Australia Post and here are their approximate delivery times:

For Domestic Orders

Within WA: Approx. 2-5 business days
Interstate (outside of WA): Approx. 3-10 business days

Our products are designed in Western Australia and made for us by ethical and long-term manufacturing partners in China.
